Welcome to Crystolex International Water Filters Trading LLC! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for purchasing our products, using our services, and interacting with us through our website, support platforms, and communication channels.

By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Just like every drop counts, every detail in our service matters. Our terms are designed with your peace of mind in focus.

1. Product Sales & Delivery

  • All product purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.
  • Prices listed on our website or by our representatives are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Once an order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery timeline. Delays due to external factors (logistics, weather, etc.) will be communicated proactively.
  • Installation services (if applicable) will be scheduled post-delivery.

2. Warranty Policy

  • Our RO water purifiers come with a standard manufacturer warranty of 2 years from the date of installation.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
    • Physical damage
    • Damage due to improper installation or unauthorized service
    • Electrical faults due to power surges
  • To claim warranty service, customers must be under warranty period which is provided by Crystolex company.
  • Service during the warranty period must be performed only by our authorized technicians.

3. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

  • AMC services can be purchased separately and include periodic FREE maintenance, FREE replacement of standard parts, and technician visits.
  • AMC pricing varies based on the purifier model and service requirements.
  • AMC is non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

4. Payments & Billing

  • We accept payments via cash, bank transfers, and authorized online payment gateways.
  • Full payment must be completed before dispatch or installation, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In case of installment or EMI plans (if offered), customers must adhere to agreed payment schedules. Delays may attract penalties or suspension of service.
  • Payment receipts and invoices will be sent via email or WhatsApp for your records.
  • Payments & invoices history can be retrieved via our customer support web application or mobile app.

5. Online Support & Mobile Application

  • Our dedicated support application can be used for:
    • Booking service appointments
    • Tracking AMC status
    • Invoice and payments tracking
    • Registering complaints and relocations
  • Customers are encouraged to use the web app/ mobile app for faster service resolution.
  • Any data collected through the web app/ mobile app is handled according to our privacy policy.

6. WhatsApp & Digital Communication

  • We offer customer support via WhatsApp chat for general queries, service bookings, order status, and feedback.
  • By initiating a chat, you consent to receiving service updates, offers, and transactional messages from our official WhatsApp number.
  • We do not request or collect sensitive financial information over WhatsApp. Please avoid sharing such details.

7. Service Terms

  • Service visits are scheduled as per availability and customer location.
  • Any delays or rescheduling will be informed in advance.
  • Charges for out-of-warranty service, filter replacements, or additional repairs will be communicated before work begins.

8. Intellectual Property & Fraudulent Activities

  • All content on crystolex.com , including text, images, and logos, is the property of CRYSTOLEX International Water Filters Trading LLC. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
  • We take fraudulent activities seriously. Any attempt to misrepresent our brand or sell counterfeit CRYSTOLEX products will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested before dispatch or installation. After installation, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment.
  • AMC or service charges once paid are non-refundable.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • All services are provided as per standard practices and safety protocols.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
